Shinshyuu - Tonkotsu Miso

• Review: individually, all the components work well but nothing particularly amazing. the chashu and egg are average, and what brings the bowl down is the broth thats too salty. perhaps this is just an unlucky batch w/ too much miso added, but overall it makes the ramen overbearing. also the alkali flavor is somehow pretty strong in the noods, maybe the strong soup is causing the noods to taste too strong.
