• Review: classic bowl with seafood broth and a soy sauce base. everything is really clean and refreshing, and the wontons add a fresh twist. for me, the star is the chicken chashu which has a clean fattyness w/ a slight spice aftertaste that shines through the rest of the bowl. overall, a great classic example of chuuka soba w/ a seafood broth.
